Zippers & Pullers: Only genuine YKK™ sliders and zipper tape is used in all our products. You can check the underside of the slider for the embossed “YKK” logo.

Webbing: Tough, tear-resistant polyester webbing used all through

Thread: We use Nylon-6 thread in our products – this is much stronger than polyester thread.

Wash and Care

1. Remove bags from the bike when not in use to avoid fabric fading.
2. Clean the surface regularly with a damp cloth and mild soap solution.
3. Avoid using harsh chemicals, abrasive materials, or high heat to clean the bags.
4. Ensure all zippers are free from dirt and debris to maintain smooth operation.
5. Allow the bag to air dry completely before storage to prevent moisture buildup and fabric deterioration. Store away from the sun & other heat sources.
6. Avoid sharp or pointed objects that can puncture the fabric.
7. Store the bags loosely and avoid over-stuffing to prevent stretching and warping as this will damage the coating and void the warranty.
8. Do not alter the product or get it repaired at an unauthorized repair centre as this will void the warranty.

Legal Metrology Data

1. Keep the bags away from direct sunlight for extended periods to prevent fading and deterioration.
2. Inspect the zipper, buckles, and mounting straps regularly, and replace any damaged components as needed.
3. Distribute weight evenly across the bag for better balance & stability.
4. When storing, partially close the zipper, and store the bag in a cool, ventilated space with silica gel packets for moisture absorption.
