The Crash Guard is meticulously crafted from high-grade mild steel, ensuring optimal protection for key areas of the bike, including the tank, radiator, engine, and leg guard. With a strategic combination of 25mm 14-gauge (2mm) and 25mm 16-gauge (1.5mm) wall thicknesses, the crash guard is designed to effectively absorb impact during crashes while maintaining a balanced weight distribution. To enhance durability, the guard undergoes pre-powder coating treatment with Aluminum Oxide, ensuring an even coating and extending the life of the powder coating. The high-grade powder coating, applied up to 120 microns, provides a robust layer of protection. Additionally, the crash guard comes equipped with four nylon sliders and offers a 6-month powder coating warranty against corrosion, ensuring long-lasting performance and safeguarding the bike in various conditions.
